Highway, Canal and Port Engineer since 1997 having studied at the Higher Technical School of Engineering of Barcelona, degree in industrial psychology and diploma for research in human geography.

Began his career in 1996 at the construction firm Melchor Mascaro SA as head of works where he carried out excavations of urban renewal works.

From 1999 he was permanent technical official at the Town Hall of Calvià, director of works and planner, and worked on the design and performance of urban renewal works.

From 2002 to 2015 he was permanent technical official of the Highways Board of the Council of Mallorca, director of works and planner, and worked on the design and performance of highway improvement works.

Awarded the position of manager of SAM in the public selection process of November 2015. Some of the more important changes in Manacor since his appointment have been to sectorise the water supply network, automate underground car parks, modernise the water deposits and optimise the management of waste water.
